I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of Direct E-Shop:

1. This agreement is between Direct E-Shop and customer using assigned address in this agreement, therefore assigning Direct E-Shop as it’s sole agent to transport shipments.
2. Direct E-Shop will ship all packages for the customer from the address to Jordan.
3. The customer will be held responsible incase of illegal shipments.
4. Direct E-Shop is not responsible incase customer orders items prohibited by the law and therefore Direct E-Shop cannot be held responsible for shipping such items.
5. The customer is obliged to pay all shipping fees and any other fees that the law applies. Payment to Direct E-Shop should be made upon delivery of the shipment.
6. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Direct E-Shop is not liable for any delay due to custom clearance procedures or any other reason beyond its control.
8. Shipments will be ordered and shipped at the customer own risk and responsibility. Direct E-Shop assumes no responsibility for the lose, damage, pilferage or delay of the shipment or for the losses, liabilities claims and damages incurred by the customer as a result therefore the customer is solely responsible for obtaining his/her own insurance coverage.
9. Customer is liable to pay any charges for all shipments delivered to his/her address even if its not matching his/her name.
10. Direct E-Shop has the right to terminate any agreement at any time without informing the customer in case of illegal usage of given address or illegal shipments or any violation of this agreement.
